Avery's 2nd Birthday

This year Avery developed a love for puzzles. She started playing with them at nursery at church, then we downloaded some board puzzle games for the iPad. For her birthday and later for Christmas she got a few real puzzles of her own. She does really good with them, its fun to see the little gears turning as she looks for the correct space for each piece.

Avery loves Elmo and puppies and kitties. She has quite the imagination and loves to play with toys and stuffed animals.

Avery loves cake, especially ice cream cake. It is a family tradition to have Dairy Queen ice cream cake at almost every birthday party. It is good to see that Avery enjoys the cake just as much as the rest of us. I think Janelle got to share this cake as well, seeing that her bday was two days later.
